• 3-Step Process

  • 1.  Redirect to expectations

  • 2.  Redirect to expectations and given a choice

  • 3.  Consequences/Restorative Justice

    • phone call home and potentially one of the following

      • written apology

      • relocation to another location in the school

      • referral to the principal

    • restitution of time
