At Woodnote Coaching we believe that everybody can improve. Each element of a triathlon has the fundamentals of technique. Improving your technique improves your efficiency. Improving your efficiency lets you swim longer, bike quicker and run further.

A love of triathlon, a love of coaching, and a love of helping people.

Full time, professional triathlon coach.

Qualified since 2013.

Worked with athletes from those starting their triathlon journey to full time/performance athletes.

Lead coach at ICARUS Triathlon.

Coach at Nottingham Triathlon Club.

Experienced athlete.
