Woodpeckers

A very warm welcome to all Woodpeckers class pupils!

To access the weekly home learning activities I have set, scroll down to the 'self learning tools' section and click on the green tab called 'Google Classroom'.

Don't worry if you have any problems or questions when you are trying to do this. You can ask an adult at home to email me at year2@woodlands.ealing.sch.uk

Safeguarding

If you have any questions/ concerns you can talk to one of the members of the Safeguarding group.

At Woodlands we have a safeguarding group who meet once a term to discuss ways to keep children safe in and out of school.

The members of the safeguarding group are:

Ms Hasker- Headteacher
Ms Moxom -DSL/ Assistant Headteacher/ Wellbeing Lead
Ms Hamid - Medical lead
Mrs Kenworthy-Wright- Safeguarding Governor

Our 2 pupil representatives are : Galado, Year 6 and Monroe, Year 5

Mindfulness

Try some mindfulness

Enjoy this calm activity once a day.

Paint a rainbow in the sky using your fingers as the 'paintbrush'.

Make sure you have some space to do some light stretches and breathing.

Try some mindfulness colouring

Go to google classroom and click on 'mindfulness colouring pages.'

Daily exercise!

Get ready for your day with a PE session with Joe Wicks, The Body Coach. Do a few exercises a day with him at the least. Click on the image above to get going!
