Good Evening,

Let’s not just hang in there—let’s have a wonderful and productive week together. As much as we might wish otherwise, we can’t always control what each day brings. But we can control how we pursue Jesus and seek His wisdom and counsel.

Ask Him boldly—like a determined two-year-old asking for candy in the checkout line. He promises that when our desires align with His, God is faithful to give us what we need.

Let’s finish this week with purpose, reliance on Him, and joy in the work He’s given us.

As Natalie mentioned last week about gum, let's be consistent with gum, hats and tardies. Sometimes its the small mundane things that can add up to make larger changes to campus culture. The expectation that class will start as soon as the tardy bell rings can and will make a difference.

Proverbs 3:13-18

Exuding with Love

Ephesians 4:14-16 (NLT)

14 Then we will no longer be immature like children. We won’t be tossed and blown about by every wind of new teaching. We will not be influenced when people try to trick us with lies so clever they sound like the truth. 15 Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. 16 He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.

If we are consistently and intentionally striving to engage in the teaching and fellowship of Christ’s church, in the teaching and equipping of those called to shepherd, then we the church will exude the love of God. Growing in our own relationship with the Father. Full of His love and overflowing into the life of the church and into the life of your community. The equipping is present and ongoing till Jesus comes for us. The need to love as Jesus did is and will be needed until that time.
