Good Evening Parents
We have made it through one of the busiest stretches of the year—Service Day, Testing, and Spirit Week all in one week! Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a successful and meaningful time for our students. Easter Break is certainly well-earned.
When we return, there will be just seven weeks until finals and the close of the 2025–2026 school year.
Looking ahead:
Alliance Trip (Sept. 8–11):
If you are interested in chaperoning next year’s trip and have not attended before, please complete a chaperone application. The application can be found on the Documents Page. If you have attended and want to join us again please let me know. With a new California Law, school volunteers will now have to complete a mandated reporter training. The school will provide the test for you.
End-of-Year BBQ & Water Day (May 29):
Please use the provided Link to Register. for this event.
Thank you again for your continued support and partnership. I pray you have a joyful Easter and break.
We are looking forward to a strong finish to the school year!

End of the Year BBQ and Water Day, May 29th
We’re excited to once again wrap up the school year with our annual End-of-the-Year BBQ & Water Day!
For the past several years, this has been one of our favorite traditions — a fun way to celebrate all that God has done this year and enjoy time together as a school community.
Students will enjoy:
Hamburgers and hot dogs
Chips, snacks, and ice cream
Water slides
Dunk tank and other inflatables
Grass volleyball and Gaga ball
It’s sure to be a fun-filled Friday!
Cost: $27 per student.
Please use the attached form to register, or drop off cash/check at the school office.
I will also be sending out a SignUp Genius soon for parents who would like to come observe, join in the fun, or help with the BBQ.
Please let me know if you have any questions — we’re looking forward to a great day together!
Lunch Supervision
We can always use help at lunch supervising the students. Thank you to those who have already volunteered with this. It has been much appreciated! Lunch Supervision SignUp Genius
Yearbook
This year Lindsay Hardin and Jennifer Prado have volunteered to produce this year's yearbook. Since they can't be everywhere at one time, they would appreciate pictures that you may take at any school event. You can email them with your pictures at: woodlandchristianMSyearbook@gmail.com
4 C's to focus on for the rest of the semester.
1) Consistent attendance,
2) Consistent homework turned in.
3) Consistent time studying for tests.
4) Consistent check of FACTS to monitor the progress of your student
Please encourage your child to make use of their planner so that you can see what needs to be done and what needs to be studied.
FACTS
Don't forget that FACTS is a helpful tool in keeping track of what is going on in the classroom. If you have yet to download the family app please see the tutorial at the bottom of this home page.
