Good Evening Parents,

Thank you all for helping your students be active in our Kindness Week. Whether it be dressing up or making extra trips to the store to purchase items for our collection , it is all much appreciated and made for fun and "Kind" week.

Please be checking FACTS and if you have any concerns about your students progress, don't hesitate to reach out to their teachers.

I wanted to thank you all for your prayers, thoughts and words of encouragement these past few weeks. It is what truly makes WCS such a wonderful community and family. 

Please see the flyer on pictures. Linda Hardin and Jen Prado have volunteered to take on the Yearbook and they need Pictures! If you have any Alliance pictures, game pictures or just student life pictures please use the QR code to upload all your awesome, captured moments.

Whether it be karaoke, hot chocolate, ornament making or decorating three Christmas Trees,  our ASB was quite active the last few weeks of the 1st semester. All of which required some funds. If you would like to help replenish those funds, you can help out by donating some donuts for our next Donut Day on January 21st. Please visit this Google Form

Lunch Supervision

Yearbook

This year Lindsay Hardin and Jennifer Prado have volunteered to produce this year's yearbook. Since they can't be everywhere at one time, they would appreciate pictures that you may take at any school event. You can email them with your pictures  at: woodlandchristianMSyearbook@gmail.com

A new year can sometimes be a new beginning. This is what is so great about Middle School. You get to start fresh each year and each semester. Lamentations 3:22-23 reminds us of this as Jeremiah tells us - 

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;[a]

    his mercies never come to an end;

23 they are new every morning;

    great is your faithfulness.

My prayer for all is that each and every family would treasure the love and faithfulness of God and the promise of eternal mercy and grace made possible through the life, sacrifice and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

4 C's to focus on for the rest of the semester.

1) Consistent attendance,

 2) Consistent homework turned in.

 3) Consistent time studying for tests. 

4)  Consistent check of  FACTS to monitor the progress of your student

Please encourage your child to make use of their planner so that you can see what needs to be done and what needs to be studied.
