Book Cover
Book Cover "Winter Bees and Other Poems of the Cold?" by Kevin B.
Process
Tools: Chromebook & Canva.com
In Canva, I picked a book cover template.
Then, I typed in fox and it showed pictures of foxes. I picked that one.
Then, I typed in the letters in the title, the author, and illustrator.
I went were the letters were to change the colors.
Then, I typed in snow and it showed me some pictures, some realistic and some fake. I picked the fake one.
I put it like the snow under fox.
Book Cover "The Cat in the Hat" by Georgia R.
Process
Tools: Chromebook & Canva.com
First, I searched book cover and then I found one I liked. I liked the size and how big the letters were.
I deleted everything besides the title and the author.
I changed the words and the way they looked.
I searched red and white background. I got it how big I wanted it.
Then, I searched black and white cat.
I matched up the cat with the side of the cover.
Then, I thought it looked weird, so I added a white floor.
I added a black hat to the cat.
Then, I searched fish and found one that looked good, it's animation was close to the cat and added it.
Then, I added an umbrella because I know that Cat always has umbrella.
Then, I added the goo because that is part of the story.
Then, I added the bubbles to the umbrella because he shoots out bubbles.
Then, I searched bow tie and added the red bow tie to the cat.
