Wood End Primary School Activity Passport - Years 3 to 6
Please encourage your child to sign up for an activity passport. This is about
Doing things together as a family
Doing things out of school hours
Getting involved with the community
Become part of a team
Thinking and caring about others
Starting to fulfil your dreams
We acknowledge their extra-curricular learning by allowing them to accumulate ‘hours’ in a professional passport. We tally up their hours and then invite them to a formal graduation. Every child in KS2 has an opportunity to pay £5 for an Activity passport to encourage them to engage with additional learning. Any clubs they attend during school can be included as well as clubs or activities they take part in outside of school - scouts, football, gymnastics , dance, Kumon etc. At the end of the year if they reach a certain level e.g first level is 25 hours, they will graduate.
Payment for the Activity Passport is made via Parentmail (Select Payments, Shop). We are looking forward to many more children signing up. Mrs Brooks.

School Menu
ISS : School Lunches & School Meal Patterns
ISS Nutrition Team are happy to work with parents to create a bespoke meal pattern for those children who have a MEDICAL ALLERGY. Supporting medical evidence must be provided in all cases. Unfortunately, ISS are unable to create bespoke menus or accommodate on religious grounds.
School Meal Patterns - Pupils can have either School Meal or Packed Lunch but NOT a combination of both. Parents can change a school meal pattern at the start/end of term by emailing us at admin@woodendprimaryschool.com and we will be happy to change the meal pattern. Thank you.

Felix Food Project.
Felix arrives to our school every Thursday afternoon and is available to all parents. Ideally we would like parents to only take a few items each so that all parents can benefit from the healthy food. If you as a parent could volunteer and help distribute the food on a Thursday from 3.15pm to 3.35pm please contact the school office.
