Welcome to the WCL Bands Website! My name is Mr. Napier, and I cannot wait to make music with you this year! I eagerly look forward to meeting each and every one of you as we explore our inner creativity and share it through music with others. 

All my life, I have always had a passion for performing and teaching music. From beginning piano lessons when I was 4 years old to performing and competing across the globe, music has always been a part of my life. Learning the saxophone in 4th grade, as I grew older, I began to teach music lessons to elementary, middle, and high school students. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to be a teacher.

After studying Music Education at The College of New Jersey, then pursuing my Master's Degrees in Saxophone Performance and Jazz Improvisation at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), I am excited to be back home in Bergen County, NJ teaching music, giving back to a community that has already given me so much.
