Some do not yet have dates assigned but we hope to add them soon!

Remember that Prom is more than just a dance. It's a chance to reflect on the past, appreciate the present, and look forward to the future. So, let's celebrate the friendships you've made and the memories you've shared.

The Seal of Biliteracy Ceremony is a chance to celebrate your hard work and dedication in achieving proficiency in two or more languages, alongside your family. We acknowledge the significance of being able to communicate in multiple languages in today's globalized world. Your accomplishment is not only commendable, but it also broadens your prospects for the future.
In this ceremony, we will applaud your efforts and honor you with an official Seal of Biliteracy medal.
Please join us in celebrating the achievements of our student-athletes as they sign their national letter of intent to play collegiate athletics. We invite you to share in their success and show your support for their future endeavors.
Our student-athletes have worked hard and demonstrated dedication to their sport, and we are incredibly proud of their accomplishments. We believe that they will continue to make us proud in their future athletic endeavors, and we are excited to watch them excel.
Final grades for the semester will be posted on May 30th. It is important that you communicate with your teachers to verify if there are any pending assignments or tests that need to be completed or retaken in advance of this deadline.
If you are not meeting graduation requirements by May 30th, you will not be allowed to walk at graduation.
Please take the initiative to reach out to your teachers and discuss any concerns or questions you may have about your grades or performance. This will ensure that you are aware of any outstanding work that needs to be completed and that you have the opportunity to improve your grades, if necessary.
If you have any questions about graduation requirements or eligibility, please do not hesitate to contact your school counselor, or Mr. Sinn, assistant principal. They are available to provide guidance and support as you navigate the final weeks of your high school career and prepare for graduation.
We are going to Seaside to celebrate one last trip together as a class! Students will have an opportunity to play at Fultano's Arcade or spend time on the beach. We will have Fultano's pizza for lunch.
Students Arrive by 8:00 AM buses will leave by 8:30 AM. We plan to be back to WHS around 5:30 PM.
Our annual Senior BBQ is on June 5th, this is a long-standing tradition at WHS! Let's enjoy delicious food, refreshing drinks, with your friends before embarking on the next chapter of your lives.

Join us for the annual Senior Farewell Event, where you will have the opportunity to visit our elementary and middle schools wearing your cap and gown to inspire the younger students in our community.
You are the role models for the next generation. Let's motivate our younger students to work hard and achieve their goals.
Time: Arrive at the High School by 12:30 to prepare and board buses.

Senior Awards Night Survey
Graduation Practice: This event will be at Woodburn High School. We will gather in the large Gym at 9 and then go out to the Baseball Field. You must be in attendance by 9:00 AM. If you cannot attend, please let Mr. Sinn know so that we can set up an alternative training.
-All students will attend the same practice session this year.
Graduation will be at Volcanoes Stadium this year!
Seniors should arrive by (4:30) and go to the 1st base line parking area to prep for the ceremony. Seniors please remember that if you decide to decorate your cap, it must be school appropriate or we will give you a replacement!
Gates for Spectators will open at (4:30) and the ceremony will start at 6:00.
