Our team is always available to answer your question and provide technical assistance as you get to know the Wonderschool platform. We offer myriad ways to get the help you need:
Wonderschool University
In your Program Dashboard, you can always navigate to the Wonderschool University tab and access curriculum materials or our Knowledge Base for help articles and step by step directions on different features.
Join Office Hours
We host a weekly office hours every Wednesday from 11:00am-2:00pm PST (2:00-4:00pm EST). You can join without advance registration to get hands-on support from a member of our team. Join using this zoom link. *If you need Spanish support, please join during the first hour (11-12 PST/2-3 EST)
Technical Support
If you are having a technical issue with your account, you can email our support line at hello@wonderschool.com and a member of our team will get back to you quickly to help you resolve the issue.

Ayuda con configurar y usar sus herramientas
Cada Miércoles y Jueves tenemos Horas de Oficina por Zoom con entrenador que habla Español. Podrámos ayudarte con sus preguntas o si necesitas ayuda con sus herramientas de Wonderschool. Simplemente visitanos Mier. o Juev. 12:00pm - 1:00pm MST (11:00AM - 12:00PM PST) por esta enlace de Zoom unirse.

Tenemos una comunidad virtual de proveedoras que usan Wonderschool para conectarte con otras en su profesión, y para darte información y apoyo que te ayudará ser exitosa en su cuidado infantil.
