Laura Turner was raised in New Palestine, IN. She grew up attending the church her grandparents helped build. She always knew she wanted to work with children. She believes teaching allows her to do that best. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Studies and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Marian University. She has taught in both public and private schools ranging from preschool through sixth grade. She is passionate about sharing God's love with those around her. She met her husband in 2019 and got married in February of 2020. They moved to Bainbridge in July of 2021. Together they have four children: Liam, Ava, Raelynn, and Maverick.

Ray Dutcher was born and raised in Huntington, Indiana. He grew up as a church janitor’s kid. His father was a church custodian for forty-plus years. He learned early on what it meant to serve others.During his senior year in high school, he attended a mission trip to Jamaica and sensed God’s call to ministry. He has been serving in ministry for twenty-three years. He is the proud husband of Heidi, who is also my very best friend. They met while serving at Camp Living Waters in Luther, Michigan, and have been married for twenty-two years. They are blessed with three beautiful children: Clayton, Connor, and Matthias. The most honorable title he holds is Dad. He has been able to serve children, students, and families in many different ministries. He is so thankful to have had the privilege to be involved in a wide range of places to serve Jesus Christ and share about Him.
