A woman with a professional career is a source of inspiration and information; it can be used to break the cycle of poverty. Inspiration and information are critical parts of education. Inspiration transcends our ordinary experiences and limitations, and information promotes knowledge opportunities worldwide. At Womenful Voice, we believe women and girls’ education is critical to society’s development, which is our mission and vision.
Through the Early Career Mentorship Program, we aim to help girls and young women explore their skills and potential. During this eight-week program, you will be introduced to a variety of professional women and have the opportunity to learn about how you can turn what you love into what you do.
What are the benefits?
Our mentees will be introduced to a different culture even within Haiti that will broaden their cultural intelligence, giving them the essential tools to recognize the beauty of our differences and prosper professionally in multiple cultures.
Our mentor will be introduced to new and different perspectives while helping someone build her professional life.
Our mentees will benefit from a source of information and inspiration that will enable them to be the catalyst of their own success.
Our mentors will share their professional experience as a tool to guide the young girls toward a career-driven mindset and be more prepared for professional life.
Our mentors and mentees will benefit from practicing French while enhancing networking skills and abilities.
About the program
The Early Career Mentorship Program is a Mentoring Program that focuses on providing high school and college-aged females with a real connection in the professional world.
This project aims to utilize the existing knowledge, skills, and experience of high-performing women to prepare young Haitian women for the professional world by listening, accompanying, developing skills and offering tools to build their action plans and achieve their career goals.

To share real Professional knowledge and experience through the one-on-one sessions and develop basic skills for a successful professional life.
To provide a cultural exchange platform for people who want to practice French and give back to young girls.

ABOUT US
Womenful Voice is a start-up non-profit based in Colorado currently impacting the lives of women and girls in Haiti through programs. We have multiple projects for young girls and women. Career orientation and entrepreneurship play a significant role in community development; we use education to boost that. We have upcoming programs focusing on health and policies to create better opportunities for the women and girls of Haiti.
