Terms and Conditions

 A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. NO REFUND in the event of reservation being canceled within 14 days of your event. Wolf Mobile Gaming will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty; to another date should cancellation be necessary.

Wolf Mobile Gaming accepts all Major Credit Cards.

Depending on where your event is located outside of 25 driving miles of Rincon, Georgia, a travel/fuel surcharge may apply and will be discussed with you by Wolf Mobile Gaming staff prior to booking. 

Wolf Mobile Gaming is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

The Wolf Mobile Gaming truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. The customer is required to provide a relatively flat, safe area for our truck and trailer to park that is a logical spot to accommodate your party/event. Sometimes, we park on your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object). It may be necessary to block a driveway, please coordinate with all involved individuals to avoid conflict and/or event interruption. Please keep in mind that we will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Additionally we refrain from disconnecting the truck from the trailer at a party/event and we refrain from parking off of a hardened surface.

If the location is deemed unsafe for the customers, players or other guests at time of arrival, we will request an alternative location be provided. If an alternative location cannot be found, we will allow the event to be rescheduled at no extra charge. If rescheduling is not desired, the event may be canceled with NO REFUND.

We will not park in driveways, yards or any other tight or dangerous location. It has proven to be

too dangerous to get such a large vehicle to park in tight locations. Also, we prefer to park on solid concrete/asphalt/gravel areas.

The Wolf Mobile Gaming truck and trailer combination is designed for all types of weather conditions. It is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather, (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your event and you are aware in advance, (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm or hurricane) please notify us to begin the rescheduling process.

Minor guests over 15 years of age require a parent or responsible adult to be on the property and within contact of our staff, should a need to contact them arise.

Minor guests 5–15 years of age require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times.

Minor guests under 5 years of age must be accompanied and controlled by an adult at all times while inside or around the outside of the mobile gaming unit. 

Wolf Mobile Gaming will only play the games that you allow. The mobile gaming unit has games of all ratings and can accommodate many tastes and levels of gameplay. Our staff will work with you prior to starting the party/event to confirm any game restrictions and will adjust as necessary throughout the duration of the party/event.

Although alcohol is not prohibited, Wolf Mobile Gaming reserves the right to refuse, cancel or

shut-down an event when the consumption of alcohol creates a disturbance. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Wolf Mobile Gaming equipment. Any observed use of illegal drugs/narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in termination of the party immediately and law enforcement may be contacted.

Wolf Mobile Gaming, its staff, or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the truck/trailer in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage.

Additionally, Wolf Mobile Gaming reserves the right to charge the client's credit card for damages to the truck, trailer, or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage by the client and/or their guests. This includes damage and/or theft of items such as television units, game consoles/headsets, game controllers and game discs/chips. Replacement charges will be based on the current retail price of the damaged/missing item(s). Additionally, neither Wolf Mobile Gaming, its staff, nor its employees will assume responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client's property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

Wolf Mobile Gaming does not allow any food or drinks into the mobile gaming unit. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

While your party is in effect Wolf Mobile Gaming staff will take pictures and video of the party/event from inside and outside around the trailer. Wolf Mobile Gaming will post images and video to Wolf Mobile Gaming websites and social media accounts for you to copy for your files. If you do not want us taking these pictures and video or posting them to Wolf Mobile Gaming websites and social media accounts, please notify us via email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.

The Wolf Mobile Gaming Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He or she coaches, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.

Wolf Mobile Gaming staff clean and sanitize the mobile gaming unit and the equipment before, during, and after ALL parties and events. The mobile gaming unit will be cleaned every two hours for ALL events that are over two hours in length; during cleaning of the mobile gaming unit all gamers are required to exit the mobile gaming unit.
