November conferences were a great success.
It was so nice to meet with families — thank you for taking the time to discuss your child’s progress and goals. We appreciated the thoughtful questions and the collaborative planning that came from those conversations. Student strengths and next steps identified during conferences will guide our classroom work through December and into the new year.
Thank you,
Beth and Melissa
November 24, 2025
Dear Parents and Families,
On Friday, December 19, 2025, our classrooms will become a temporary student-led craft fair. Students have four weeks to plan and create items at home to sell at our Winter Craft Fair, allowing them to “purchase” gifts based on their work ethic and behavior.
Each student will bring at least ten items to sell at our classroom shopping extravaganza! Students can make, create, bake, or bring in gently used toys/gifts. Students earn “money” each day when they are prepared for class or do something above and beyond with their work or behavior. This money earned will be their shopping money. Students will be shopping for family members, friends, and themselves. The Winter Craft Fair is a fun and learning-filled opportunity for all students.
Students will track their earnings at school. On the day of the sale, students can purchase items with their earnings. All purchases will go home with students. Students will learn to track money and set goals throughout the next four weeks.
Parents are encouraged to take advantage of this grand shopping opportunity from 1:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.! Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you,
Beth Bush

Dear Families, September 5, 2025
We are excited to share that the first week of school was a huge success! Our students are settling in and adjusting to their new routines. This year, we will send out a monthly letter that provides a snapshot of what’s happening in Multi 3/4. This will be a brief bulleted list of what is happening and what to look forward to. We look forward to keeping you informed about our exciting adventure!
Open House: September 18th
We invite you to join us for our Open House. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet teachers!
School Picture Day: September 25th
Don’t forget to send your child with their best smile!
NWEA Testing: September 30 and October 2
Please ensure your child is well-rested and ready to do their best!
Homework: We truly believe in the joy of play and the importance of allowing children to simply be kids. Research also suggests that homework at the elementary level may not provide significant benefits. When students dedicate their whole day to learning, they deserve relaxing nights to recharge and unwind. Share a family dinner and ask your child about their day; enjoy their extracurricular activities without the stress of homework, knowing they work hard every day at school and have earned a fun evening of play!
Thank you for being an essential part of our school community. We look forward to collaborating with you throughout the year and making it a memorable one for our students.
Beth and Melissa
