Northern Outdoors Liability Waiver must be completed in order for your child to attend.  Please click here to access their online waiver.

Attached please find a copy of the WJHS Emergency Data Sheet.  A paper copy was also provided to your child.  Please fill out and return the following form with a copy of your child's insurance card no later than May 30, 2025.
