NYC Trip

Dear Parents and Guardians,

The drama, band, chorus, culinary arts, Latin, and art departments are teaming up for our annual trip to New York City. This is a fun, exciting, and educational opportunity for your child to take in a Broadway show as well as a concert at Lincoln Center, all while exploring the beauty and culture of New York.

In order to successfully plan for this trip, we are asking for a $35.00 deposit to be returned with a signed permission slip. Seats are reserved on a first come/ first serve basis as we have a limited number of seats on the bus.

Attached you will find the full itinerary, along with the permission slip, deposit calendar and fundraising events. It is important to note that participation in fundraisers that contribute to the group are mandatory. In addition, while we have scholarship opportunities available for students who qualify, in order to be eligible for scholarship funds students must actively participate in all fundraising opportunities. No student will be excluded from this event because of finances. Contact Mrs. Emond for more information and a scholarship application.

Once we have a preliminary list of students who are interested in attending, we will follow up with an informational meeting for parents. At that time, we will review the details of the mandatory fundraisers and answer any questions you may have.
