- Extra help is offered the mornings of a quiz or a test. On the mornings of a quiz extra help begins at 7:00 am, on the mornings of a test it will begin at 6:50 am.
- Extra help not being able to be given is NOT a reason for a quiz or test to be postponed. There are other means of a student to receive extra help such as peer tutoring and National Honor Society tutoring.
- Students who are on their cellphones texting, using social media, taking photos of students, fooling around ....etc will no longer be permitted to come for extra help.
- Students who are disrupting math class during the day, not paying attention in class, not working or trying, are also not permitted to stay for extra help. Extra help is meant for students who may have been absent and missed a lesson and students who are trying but are having difficulty in class and need some extra practice. It is not meant for students who are not working in class and then think they will make up the lesson by coming to extra help. I volunteer my own time to help students who need it.
- Please drop students off at the main entrance doors.
- Please don't forget the online textbook has great resources (including tutorial videos, interactive practice quizzes, homework help, etc.) to utilize.
