Attach here is the Action Research me and my groupmates conducted.
Action research is a systematic approach to inquiry conducted by teachers in their own classrooms to improve teaching and learning practices. It involves identifying a problem or area for improvement, collecting and analyzing data, and implementing changes based on the findings. Action research is important for teachers as it enables them to actively engage in improving their practice, promotes a culture of continuous improvement within schools, and empowers teachers to take ownership of their professional development. By conducting research in their own classrooms, teachers can develop a deeper understanding of their students' needs and how to best support their learning, leading to positive changes in teaching methods and student outcomes.
