Letter Sent Home to Families regarding IB Testing 

The IB Test Registration Process for May 2027:

• Step 1:  Check the IB Exam Calendar - Make sure you have NO conflicts.  IB does not reschedule exams.

• Step 2:  How do I know if I am eligible for an exam?  (Do not register if you have not been approved!)

  • IB programme students should follow the IB Exam approval procedure with their specified coordinator.  

  • Non-IB program students should check with their IB course teacher if they are eligible for an IB exam. 

• Step 3:  Once given approval, register for the approved exams at the Total Registration Website by October 23.

• Step 4:  If you have an IEP or 504 and require testing accommodations, please email Mrs. Pereira, lpereira@wmrhsd.org by October 23.

Processing fees on Total Registration are non-refundable.  Changes to IB tests can not be made after November 1st without incurring a late fee.  No changes can be made after January 1st.
