Prior to setting up your account, you will need a GUID. The GUID is also known as the portal "activation key" It is created by the State and issued by the school registrar. The school registrar mails them to parents/guardians at the start of the school year. If you have not received one, please contact her.

If you prefer to use a smart phone or tablet, you can download the app using this link, then setup and access your account that way. When prompted for a district and state, again use "Hawaii" and "Hawaii".

You should see the following screen. I recommend bookmarking this page as you will use it in the future to login. Select "New User?" as indicated by the red arrow:
