We provide structured, high-quality assessment and treatment for children, young people, and adults. Our services include ADHD assessment and treatment, autism assessments, and support for a range of mental health difficulties such as anxiety and low mood.
Our assessments take place over a series of appointments so we can build a full and accurate understanding. This allows time for careful decision-making and clear, practical recommendations about next steps. Written reports are included, and all fees are explained clearly from the start, with no hidden costs.
Our aim is to offer timely and accessible care, combining clinical expertise with clear guidance and ongoing support throughout your journey.

This pathway is designed for individuals where both ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder are being considered, or where there is diagnostic complexity and overlap. It provides a structured, multidisciplinary evaluation to ensure that symptoms are carefully explored across developmental history, current functioning and different settings.
By assessing both conditions within a single integrated pathway, this approach reduces duplication, shortens overall timelines and avoids the need for separate full assessments.
This pathway is particularly suitable where symptoms overlap, where previous assessments have been inconclusive, or where a clear, integrated understanding of neurodevelopmental needs is required.

Follow up consultations are used for ongoing review, medication titration and longer-term psychiatric support. These appointments allow time to monitor progress, adjust treatment where necessary and ensure that care remains safe and effective.
When medication is being initiated or adjusted, appointments are typically booked every four weeks until the dose is stable. Once stability has been achieved, reviews are generally required every three to six months, depending on age and clinical indication.
Review of current symptoms and overall functioning
Medication monitoring and dose adjustment where appropriate
Discussion of side effects and appetite or sleep concerns
Review of physical observations when required
Risk assessment where clinically indicated
Updated treatment plan
There are no additional report-writing fees.

Weight review consultations are offered for patients who are otherwise stable on ADHD medication but are experiencing appetite suppression or concerns regarding weight. These focused appointments allow close monitoring while avoiding the need for a full review consultation.
Weight reviews are usually arranged monthly until appetite and weight have stabilised. Once stable, patients return to the standard three to six monthly follow up schedule.
Review of appetite and nutritional intake
Weight monitoring
Brief medication review where relevant
Discussion of practical strategies to support appetite
Clear plan regarding ongoing monitoring
These shorter appointments are designed to keep monitoring proportionate and affordable while maintaining safe prescribing standards.
