..
.
Come join us for a research opportunity and more!
The R-SEEDS Site at Western Michigan University, supported by the REU Program of the National Science Foundation, aims to engage undergraduate students in energy-efficient technology research, design, and development. It offers research projects in a broad range of exciting engineering and computing topics, such as:
computer architectures and energy-efficient computing,
electric grid component design,
electric and autonomous vehicles,
nanosatellites,
plasma-assisted combustion,
industrial carbon capture,
neurobiological engineering, and
microplasma sterilization.
Participants will learn the different challenges imposed by implementing energy-efficient systems and ways to overcome them.
