About the Teacher:
My name is Mrs. Michelle Orapallo and most of my students call me Mrs. O! Before coming to Waldron Mercy Academy, I grew up as a country girl in Central Pennsylvania but moved to the city of Philadelphia to pursue my teaching career. I received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Temple University. Several years ago, I moved from the city to the suburbs with my husband Michael and my son Gavin. Gavin graduated Waldron Mercy in 2020, and is now a Senior at St. Joseph's Preparatory School. I was so blessed to have him at this amazing school with me through the years.

My first year at Waldron Mercy Academy was spent as a substitute teacher in grades Pre-K through eighth grade. The following year, I was blessed with a third grade position that I have been loving ever since. This is my 13th year teaching in 3rd grade. I have also spent many dedicated years assisting in Mercy Aftercare and coaching volleyball, but now focus my extra time on co-moderating WMA's yearbook.
