Also: even though plant-based is not for everyone, it is interesting to hear from those who eat this way! The TedTalk to the left is interesting!
And even more: What do the experts say about Nutrition? https://www.eatright.org/health/lifestyle/culture-and-traditions/sustainable-eating#:~:text=Sustainable%20agriculture%20enables%20us%20to,our%20environment%20and%20our%20bodies.

Meeting Minutes: We watched the trailer from "The Biggest Little Farm", so see the link above! Also take a look/view the additional links. Enjoy! We also shared plant-based recipes. See our Google Slides file above for links to recipes and pictures of the food. We decided to vote via an anonymous Google Form (Tanner assisted in this process -- Thank you!!) After much discussion it was agreed that a virtual tour of a sustainable farm was very welcome! Mrs. Brundage will do some research. Stay Tuned!

We need to contact Administration and request approved platform to use!! There must be aa approval process so who is going to pursue this??
February 26 Minutes include officers and members discussing fundraising process and types of fundraising activities in addition to advertising the club. GS, MK, and TM have been tasked with researching fundraising platforms, communication with WLWV Administration about approval processes, and teachers to include club membership and activities to all entities as appropriate. Onward ecologists!
We started this club; now we encourage more to join...and here are some ideas we are entertaining: https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/how-to-start-an-environment-club/
Eco-friendly Fundraising Ideas are popular regardless of whether Ecology Clubs are involved; in this case, they are! Mrs. Brundage loves members Seedling Sale, but also the Chore Auction (This fundraising idea is perfect for parents who have a hard time persuading their busy teenagers to get their chores done;)
