About Me

This will be my 17th year teaching at West Lyon. My wife, Cassidy, also works in education.  She teaches psychology at multiple online institutions. We have 3 children.  Reegan, Tate, and Jersey. Reegan works for Avera in Sioux Falls.  Tate is a Freshman at the University of Sioux Falls, majoring in Exercise Science and playing football.  Jersey is a Freshman at Iowa Central in Fort Dodge, majoring in Dental Hygiene and playing softball.  We also have a golden doodle named Louie that is full of energy and loves playing outside.   

In addition to teaching, I coach football.  In my free time, I love watching and attending sporting events, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.    

I am very excited for the upcoming year and can’t wait to get started learning in 6C!
