NCAA and NAIA eLIgibility resources

Below is a list of resources to help parents and coaches understand eligibility requirements. Please refer to the subpages for information specific to NCAA and NAIA.

If you are planning to take an ACT (act.org) or SAT (collegeboard.org) test for college, remember to input one or both of the following codes to have your test score sent directly to your NCAA eligibility account (ENTER 9999)* or your NAIA eligibility account (ENTER 9876).

*In January 2023, NCAA Divisions I and II adopted legislation to remove standardized test scores from initial-eligibility requirements for all student-athletes who initially enroll full time on or after August 1, 2023. Check with the NCAA school you plan to attend regarding whether standardized test scores are necessary for admission or scholarship requirements. For more information, click here
