Graduation Ticketing
Graduating Seniors will be sent an email directly to their school email on May 12, 2027 after 3:00PM with six tickets to either print or download and share with family/friends for admittance into graduation. THERE WILL BE NO ENTRY WITHOUT A TICKET. TICKETS WILL BE SCANNED. The email will be sent directly from The University of Toledo Athletic Office. The title of the email will read, "IMPORTANT: Whitmer Class of 2027 Graduation Tickets." Purchasing tickets is not permitted and each person must have a ticket downloaded or printed for entry.

Oct 15: Jostens Class of 2026 Meeting during Advisory in Auditorium.
Oct 15 - 30: Graduation online ordering at Jostens.com.
Oct 19-20: Senior yearbook headshot at Whitmer.
March 24: Cap & Gown Distribution in Field House Lobby
April 30: All fees due for Seniors.
May 1: Senior Prom at The Toledo Zoo
(Attendance and grades will be reviewed to attend)
May 14: Graduating Seniors' final day of instruction/exams, last day to complete online courses, and Chromebook return.
May 17: No School for Graduating Seniors
May 18: Mandatory if walking in Graduation: Graduates report to the cafeteria at 7:55 AM for Senior Breakfast. After Senior Breakfast, immediately report to the field house in assigned seats for attendance and Graduation Rehearsal.
May 19: Mandatory if walking in Graduation: Graduates report to the Whitmer Field House at 7:55 AM in assigned seats for attendance. Immediately following, Senior Assembly to begin at 8:45AM. he ceremony will be be livestreamed. Upon completion of Senior Assembly, release to complete a formal walk through Whitmer and then to elementary school walks. Students are responsible for their own transportation to elementary schools.
May 20: The graduation ceremony is at The University of Toledo Savage Arena. Each graduate will be allotted six tickets for the ceremony. Graduates report in caps and gowns to assigned seats at 3:45 PM in Savage Arena for attendance. Doors open for families to enter at 5:00 PM. Security check required. Ceremony begins promptly at 6:30 PM. The ceremony will be livestreamed. Accessible seating available, as well as an elevator.
Caps & Gowns are mandatory for Senior Assembly,
Junior High/Elementary Hallway Walks, and Graduation.
