Senior Prom

Date/Time: Saturday, May 9, 2026

6:30-10:30PM (NO ENTRY after 8:00)

Dinner will be served at 7:30PM

Price: $65 per person (includes dinner, 

dessert, and professional photo).


Guests:     Dance visitors from other high schools or 9-11th graders attending Whitmer must complete a dance permission form and be approved by the Whitmer Principal PRIOR to to ticket purchase. Dance permission forms are available in the Principal's office March 23, 2026 and are DUE April 2, 2026. All guests must be between 9th grade and 19 years of age. Attendance, discipline, and progress towards graduation are reviewed for all seniors and guests to attend. If a guest is between 18-19 years of age, a review of their record at their previous school and a background check with local law enforcement will be conducted.

Graduation Ticketing

Graduating Seniors will be sent an email directly to their school email account a week prior to graduation with six tickets to either print or download and share with family/friends for admittance into graduation. THERE WILL BE NO ENTRY WITHOUT A TICKET. TICKETS WILL BE SCANNED. The email will be sent directly from The University of Toledo Athletic Office. The title of the email will read, "IMPORTANT: Whitmer Class of 2026 Graduation Tickets." Purchasing tickets is not permitted and each person must have a ticket downloaded or printed for entry.

Reminder for Graduating Seniors

To maintain proper decorum throughout senior assembly and the graduation ceremony, please remember that graduates may not decorate caps or wear non-school issued cords or other paraphernalia during each event.



Graduation Parking at UT

Parking will be available in specific lots which will be provided closer to graduation. Parking in any other lots will be a $5.95 charge per day or will be subject to a $65 parking ticket that cannot be waived. There is NO PARKING allowed on the grass or in non-designated areas and will also be subject to ticketing. 



Graduation Entry & Accessibility

The Sullivan Center is the main entrance into Savage Arena. For accessible entry and seating, please enter through the Rocket Plaza entrance off Douglas Road (Parking Area 4). 


Please remove cameras and laptops prior to entering the metal detectors to keep the flow of entry moving efficiently. Balloons are NOT permitted in Savage Arena and will be confiscated upon entry into the building.
