About Me 

After graduating from Ball State University with my degree in Elementary Education I taught in both South Bend and Overland Park, Kansas.  I was fortunate to be able to stay home with our four kids, and participated in all the "behind the scenes" school activities until I felt the pull to come back to the classroom. I've done A LOT of long term subbing in our district and feel fortunate that I have gotten to know so many of the kids who are now in the hallways at WLIS. My husband, Rob, is a Purdue grad and works for a beef company.  Our four kids are Riley, an IU grad who lives in Chicago and is in flight school, Reagan, a senior at IU, Dylan, a freshman at IU, and Colin, a junior at West Side. We also have two much loved dogs, Charlie and Gertrude, and a cat, Meadow.  My sister is also a teacher and my niece, Wynn, is going into third grade.  

You can find me at all the girl's soccer games, football, girl's basketball, and baseball games! We love living in West Lafayette and I'm thrilled to be with your kids this year.
