My classroom expectations are fair and simple. 

-All West Lafayette Intermediate School handbook rules, apply in my classroom.

-Student to student disrespect along with student to adult disrespect will be a zero tolerance expectation. Respect will be given to ALL individuals in our classroom at all times without exception.

-Have respect for our classroom. This means cleaning up after ourselves, maintaining a safe classroom environment, and caring for our supplies and school devices.

-Entitlement does not exist in the classroom. Success is earned, not given.

Consequences 

Consequences for not meeting expectations will vary based on the severity of the infraction. 

Consequences may include and are not limited to...

-Teacher/ student conversations about expectations.

-Teacher/ parent/ student conversations about expectations.

-Loss of privileges such as recess etc..

- Student/ Administration conversations about expectations.

My most successful students, are those who demonstrate respect to themselves and others.
