Science Night
This Friday, is Zamora’s super fun Science Night. It is a free family event that is a HUGE hit with the kids. Everyone gets a chance to participate in the experiments. Bring the family and enjoy a fun filled night from 5:30-8:00 in and near the school cafeteria. If you would like to help out at the event, here is the link.

Farm Connection Day
Our next field trip is Friday, May 4th to the Yolo County Fairgrounds. The permission slip is coming home today in your child’s green folder. Ms. Hagopian is in NEED of parent drivers. Please let her know if you are able to help out.
· We will be leaving school at 9:45 and returning at approximately 12:30.
· Everyone needs to bring a SACK lunch and drink- no lunchboxes- school lunch will be available for purchase, but we need to know by Wednesday if you child will need one or not.
· Dress your child comfortably- it is usually hot out there. All students need close toed shoes.
· All students need to bring a car/booster seat.
Open House/Ice Cream Social
This year’s Open House will be on
Thursday, May 17th from 6:00-7:30
Fairy Tale Town Field Trip
Our last field trip of the year is to Fairy Tale Town. More information will come home next week.
Label Clothing
It is starting to warm up, please make sure to label all sweatshirts. The lost and found it multiplying by the day.
Kinder Promotion
We will have Kindergarten promotion on Friday, June 8th. The 6th grade promotion will begin at 9:00, and Kindergarten will immediately follow- usually around 10:15 under the big tree where we dismiss each day. All are welcome to attend this event.
