In September 2020, California introduced a way for high school juniors and seniors to earn a special recognition called the State Seal of Civic Engagement. 

Woodland Joint Unified School District is offering it to our students starting the 2025-2026 school year. 

If you qualify, you’ll get a seal on your diploma that shows your dedication to making change in your community as well as other recognitions that showcase your achievement.
