Payments and Refund Policy

Refund: All repair services performed by WJ Services Inc. are non-refundable. By authorizing repairs, the customer acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued for labor, diagnostics, parts, travel charges, or completed services.

If WJ Services Inc. determines that an irreparable error was directly caused by our mechanics during the repair process, the customer may be eligible for a service credit at the sole discretion of WJ Services Inc. Credits may only be applied toward future services and have no cash value.
