GENERAL RESTRICTIONS
Digital Notebooks are due by 8 pm the day prior to the event.
EVENT ADJUSTMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS:
Lunch is on your own.
Volunteers will be on hand to help ensure a smooth experience.
All student and coach participants must complete a VEX Release form. Please make sure all members of your team have filled out the form and have obtained an authorized signature from a parent or guardian.

Pit tables organized per SCHOOL (quantity depends on number of teams your school brings)
1 power station (Bring your Own Charger)
Competition Field will be raised approx. 20" off the floor
Size will be determined with a 2' x 6' field portion.
Robots will be placed on the field portion, and a sizing tool will be run across the robot to ensure the 15" height restriction.
To avoid crowding, please send only 2 team members to the sizing table
Once Sized, a second inspector will complete your inspections paperwork
Reminder: Zip Ties are NOT legal Vex IQ components, even for cable management. Robots with zip ties will NOT pass inspection.
Reminder: Cables and Wires ARE PART OF YOUR ROBOT. They cannot extend beyond the robot maximum size at any time.
Reminder: Robots cannot exceed 15" tall at any time. If you have moving parts on your robot, they MUST be inspected at maximum extension.
Please Review Sizing Rules in the Game Manual and ensure your robot never exceeds the 24"x72"" x 15" maximum size.
Participation in Skills matches is the responsibility of the team.
Each team will have 3 chances at Driver Skills, and 3 chances at Programming Skills
You may change drivers between matches as many times as you choose.
Any disputes of scores must be made BY the students, PRIOR to leaving the Driver Fields
Teams should be ready to go once they reach the Queuing tables, matches will not be postponed due to a team failing to Que, low battery, etc.
Team will participate in 6-10 matches depending on tournament size.

Weather with be examined no less than 24 hours prior to event. If event is cancelled due to weather, it will be rescheduled. No refunds will be provided.
