Thursday, February 15, 2018 - Blue Day - Advisory Schedule

The International Club will meet today after school with Mrs. Farnworth in Room 101. They will be promoting the West Islip Thirst Project - all are welcome.

Art Club will not be meeting today. It will resume after the vacation.

Homework Club will meet today after school in the Library after school.

Peer tutoring will be meeting today immediately after school in the library.

There will be a meeting for anyone who is trying out for baseball on Tuesday, February 27th, immediately after school in the cafeteria.

Wednesday, February 14, 2018 - Gold Day - HAPPY VALENTINES DAY <3 =AM ASSEMBLY SCHEDULE

All executive board members need to see Mrs. Diorio in room 223 at some point today, before period 9.

The International Club along with the West Islip Thirst Project will be promoting a recycling campaign to raise funds so that sustainable water wells can be built in underdeveloped countries around the world. Every dollar raised provides two year's worth of clean water for one person! Every $25 raised provides water for life for one person! Anyone who wishes to be a part of this wonderful cause should meet with Mrs. Farnworth in Room 101 on Thursday after school.

The Current Event Team will meet today immediately after school. Our topic will be: Olympic Peace - Can it carry over into peace between North and South Korea? Fish will be served!

The Jazz Ensemble's saxophone section will have a sectional tomorrow morning (Wednesday) at 7:20 AM. Be sure to bring your music!

The boys volleyball team defeated Finley yesterday winning 4 games to 1. Dylan Latargia and Dylan Gagliardo combined for 14 aces. Matt Gassmann was a dominant force in the middle. The team’s record is now 1-0.

The Elizabeth McNamee Memorial Cell Phones & Ink Cartridge drive will run through May 25. If you have any old cell phones or ink cartridges and would like to discard them, please bring them to the main office or lobby. There will be a boxes provided Thank you.

We are now accepting registration for the Winter Enrichment program. These great classes offer activities like building rockets, computer coding, theater classes, cooking and more. Extra brochures can be found in the Main Office. Registration is due February 27th; sign up with a friend!
