Late fees: 

In circumstances where the contest starts more than 20, 40 minutes past the scheduled starting time, the official(s) will be paid, respectively, an additional $30, or $60. All of the above applies only when the bus for the visiting team has yet to arrive on site.  Once the bus has arrived, the late start will be determined from that moment.
