Meet Ms. Kane!

Hello! 

Dear Families, 

Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! My name is Jennifer Kane and I am so excited to be your child's teacher. I hope you have all had a fun filled break and enjoyed your summer vacation. We have a big year ahead of us as we all prepare to start the school year! This year we have interactive activities and experiences planned that I cannot wait to share with you. 

Let me tell you a little about myself! This will be my second year working at Manetuck, and this school is extra special to me because I was a student here when I was younger! I have always had a love for reading so I can't wait to share my love of books with all of your scholars. Outside of school I love to spend time at the beach and taking my dog Rusty on lots of walks! 

Here are some procedures that will take place in our classroom each day:

-Please send in one healthy snack for your scholar each day!

-You can send in a water bottle with your scholar to drink throughout the day. Please fill with water only!

-Your scholar will bring home their Take Home Folder each day with important notices and classwork. Please check these daily and return them the following school day. 

-A note must be written when your scholar has any changes to his/her dismissal from school.
