Welcome to Physical Education.  

You are going to experience the world of sports and beyond at Udall this year.  The different types of activities that we will participate in are: golf, project adventure, soccer, football, tennis, volleyball, basketball, floor hockey, fitness activities, cooperative games, dance and rhythmic movements, yoga, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, kickball, lacrosse, softball, and track and field.  

Each student will be issued a lock and locker for their belongings.  Students should wear appropriate clothing and sneakers for our lessons.  No sandals or slip-on shoes, no watches or jewelry can be worn in class.  Appropriate behavior is expected in class and in the locker room.  We will build upon these character traits:  respect, leadership, compassion, confidence, kindness, and empathy.   This is our school and let's make it the "best".  

Please take care of yourselves socially, emotionally and physically.  

I am available every school day (Monday-Friday) from 8:05 a.m.- 2:40 p.m. to answer questions, to respond to phone calls and to return 

e-mail messages.
