Welcome to 6th grade! Recognizing this will be a new and exciting experience for both you and your child, I would like to assure you that I will help all of my students make a smooth transition to middle school. I have provided a list of the necessary school supplies to prepare your child to successfully begin 6th grade. I would appreciate it if these items would be obtained and brought to class on the first day of school. Please assist your child with their organization by adhering to the supplies listed below.
Grade 6 Special Class Supplies:
1 Hardcover 2-inch binder in White
3 durable plastic folders WITH HOLES and bottom pockets - 1 YELLOW, 1 BLUE and, 1 RED
1 soft pencil case WITH HOLES
2 boxes of #2 pencils- 20 count
4 black ink pens
4 blue ink pens
1 box of markers
1 box of colored pencils
2 Pink erasers
2 highlighters (one yellow one orange)
4 thin dry erase markers
1 pack of glue sticks
1 pair of scissors (medium or adult size scissors)
4 boxes of tissues
1 box of sandwich Ziplock bags
Small wireless mouse
In-ear headphones (must be able to store in pencil case)
