Udall Orchestra Concert T-Shirt Order Form (Click Here) 

The Orchestra Concert performance T-Shirt is expected to be worn at all performances as part of the orchestra concert uniform.  

The T-shirts are optional. If you choose to not purchase a shirt, please note that your child is expected to wear a solid black shirt for all performances.  The t-shirts will be re-used through all Udall MS years so you only need to purchase a shirt once.  The t-shirt sizes will be determined in school.  If you have a size preference please speak with your child so they can tell me the preferred size.  Please use this form for payment directions; payments can be made on MySchoolBucks or by check made payable to West Islip UFSD ($9.00).
