This lesson we are focusing on strategies to handle our emotions , manage our tasks/responsibilities and help to improve our relationships within our environment. To this end, we are providing activities to help strengthen our Time Management skills so we do not feel overwhelmed with all that we are facing. This lesson focuses on helping us to be patient as we face the unique challenges during this time. We all have responsibilities- for school work and tasks in the home- that have to manage. We interact within our homes, sharing time and resources with family members. We often have to take into account others' needs and schedules, balancing them with our own.This can be challenging. It is important to find ways to prioritize, and develop skills for patience and waiting to get our needs met without stress. These activities can help you manage some of these tasks.
