Daily lessons for all remote World Language students can be found in each student's Google Classroom with a Google Meet code on the top left corner of the screen. It can be found there daily for those learning from home.

Should we be forced to go to a full remote model, students should follow their daily period by period schedules. They should sign into their course's Google classroom at the beginning of the period following their regular schedule.

When learning from home students will...

-follow their regular school schedule.

-sign in to each class’s Google Meet on time, every day. Attendance will be taken every period, every day.

-be active and engaged learners. All assignments must be completed in a timely manner.

-remain engaged in the Google Meet for the duration of the class period.

-display their faces on the screen, and partake in the classroom discussions/activities.

-be situated at home in surroundings that are conducive to learning. For example, a bed is not an appropriate place from which to learn. Students should be seated at a desk, counter or table; with minimal distractions around them.

-be dressed appropriately for the school environment.

-respect one another and cooperate with the directives and instructions provided by their teachers.

-conduct themselves in a manner that supports not only their ability to learn, but the ability of their classmates to learn.

*Behavior that disrupts and/or interferes with the learning environment will be addressed as per the district’s Code of Conduct.
