Clarify

Together, we define your goals. This can be done in various ways, but we always quantify them to make our results measurable. We conduct research and perform analyses to avoid risks such as extra work, non-compliance, and unclear user roles. 2. Organize

We work in short sprints of one or two weeks. Each sprint ends with tangible results, checked against what we agreed on. This keeps feedback focused and avoids delays. Depending on the type of project and the phase it is in, these sprints vary in nature: design, discovery or development. We always learn on the job and adjust our plans if necessary, but never without your consent.

4. Implement
