Together, Colette & Gary own Benoit Wellness Consulting and founded the Front-Line Resiliency Project (FLRP). Through the years, they have come to realize the importance of mental and emotional health and that building a strong foundation, a resilient mind, a positive support system of people around you, and a balance that reduces daily stress, can absolutely change the trajectory of your life. Now they are on a mission to make a difference in the lives of others by educating others on how to do this. Their passion as licensed financial advisors in the financial industry is to educate others on how to make their money work for them by saving more, paying less tax and properly protecting families by building a legacy.
The FLRP has been created to host Events that bring front-line members, their families and friends together to heal through community and connection. They host fundraising events like Conscious Connections in the Mountains, and a Couples Retreat. The Front-Line Resiliency Project Golf Tournament and the Everyday Heroes Gala: A night of celebration.
