Corporate Programs: 

The Future is Coming - Business Forecasting in Uncertain Times (Just Sarah, No Horses)*

• Ideal program for developing forecasting and creative problem-solving skills.

• This program is applicable to any and all business types, structures, or employee level. It can be tailored to your specific business and the associated needs of said business. 

• Be better prepared for uncertain times by preparing your employees with this program.

• Participants will stretch their imaginations, face uncertainties, build on their personal, organizational and societal capacities to see and shape their future endeavors. 

• Help build your employees confidence with uncertainty. The workshop will expose them to quickly adaptive volatile circumstances and push them to find new and innovative solutions. They will learn that change in not going to destroy the business but rather it is fear of change that holds the potential to be destructive to their business. 

The Future is Coming - With Added Horse Power! (Sarah and the Horses)

• This program includes everything above BUT...............it comes with two extra EAL exercises to help hit home the messages above! 

• The EAL Programs Thinking Inside the Box (objective: problem solving/adaptability) and Count on Me the Future is Coming (objective: problem solving) are worked in The Future is Coming program and aids in developing skills in problem solving and adaptability to change. 

Corporate Team Building with Horses! 

• This workshop is focused around working together through different EAL programs. In consultation with your company we will put together programs to meet your goals and objectives. 

Our curriculum programs emphasize an objectively driven curriculum of facilitating life skills through positively reinforced interaction with horses. The horses jobs are speaking to the participants through their bodies to help bring about the changes that the participants need to make. Exercises are developed to encourage self-confidence through validated, hands-on experiences. 

Equine assisted learning through the certification from Equine Connection is NOT equine therapy. We do not require a clinical professional with us to do these exercises and programs.

OUR TEACHERS ARE THE HORSES: 

Horses are ideal teachers for helping people build strong skills. Once a person is taught the basics of working properly with a horse, he or she can become the leader the horse seeks. When the horse feels safe, cooperation is a ten fold and the person can easily get the horse to do what is asked of it. Paralleling that piece back to their lives on how to work with people and themselves in their own lives.

The more senses that are engaged, the greater the likelihood that new learning will be retained. The more we involve learners, the more senses are engaged, thereby increasing the probability that they will learn, retain, and apply what they have learned. Each of our experiential learning exercises is custom designed to maximize learning potential and focus on developing individual skills as they work through each fun interactive group challenge.

Teams will work to: develop relationships; accept responsibility and accountability; overcome barriers to find change; be encouraged to be creative and innovative; find opportunity in working together; realize the benefits associated with the effective communication; and recognize the value of mutual trust, respect, and personal integrity. All while having a blast!

Safety is essential to learning and working with horses, in a controlled environment we can bring a feeling of security to participants. Horses will never judge, they will always forgive and they will always listen to participants true spirit.

Corporate/Group Program Pricing : 

Full Day Program at Wise Equestrian: 

• $250 per person for teams up to 8 people for a 6.5 hour day (09:00 to 15:30 hours).

• Included in the full day program fee: a fully catered lunch*, drinks, and snacks.

Half Day Program at Wise Equestrian: 

• $175 per person for teams up to 8 people for 3 hours. Drinks and snacks provided, no lunch (09:00 to 12:00 hours). 

The Future is Coming - Business Forecasting in Uncertain Times (Just Sarah, No Horses) can be provided at a location of your choosing, additional travel fees will apply depending on distance from Wise Equestrian. All other programs are offered at Wise Equestrian only. 

*A minimum of 8 participants required for catered lunch, less than 8 participants lunch will NOT be provided, drinks and snacks will still be included.
