Lindsey was born in Texas but grew up in Chandler, AZ with her Mom, Step father, brother, and sister. She attended Chandler School District K-12. She went on to get a bachelors degree from Arizona State in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies. Go Devils!!!

Lindsey also has a Masters in Psychology with a focus in Organizational Development and a Masters in Education focused in School Guidance Counseling.

Lindsey has experience working as an adult student mentor, parent educator, executive function tutor, crisis counselor, teaching school health classes, and managing a maternal and child health program. She has provided many community training's, chaired community coalitions, helped bring anti bully programs to schools, and much more.

Lindsey has the skills: academically, work experience, and life experience to help make a difference in your life through coaching using goal driven ways of thinking. She prefers to work with children and young adults.
