Mission

Our mission as a Leader in Me campus at North Bridge Elementary is to inspire creative and responsible lifelong learners who embody characteristics of Highly Effective People not only as North Bridge students but also as members of the Weslaco community. Our North Bridge family's school culture will be to synergize the bodies, minds, and spirits of all passionate learners to become productive leaders.

Technology Vision Statement

It is the vision of North Bridge Elementary that students be engaged in an academic environment that is challenging and provides them with the 21^st century skills necessary to become productive and caring adults. With this context, we believe that technology is a tool for learning that expands our instruction and is the means to maximize the capacity of our teachers to teach and our students to learn.

Through the use of technology North Bridge students will:

• Recognize that learning is a life-long process.

• Be open to new ideas and able to grow and change with new experiences.

• Collect, assess, and share information.

• Become effective oral, digital, written communicators.

• Gain skills and proficiencies necessary for the work force of the future.

• Develop critical thinking and problem solving skills.

The staff of North Bridge Elementary will use technology:
