NJHS participated in raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society this school year through the Hero Squad community service-learning program! We joined schools all across the nation to make a difference. Instructions were given to each NJHS member so that they are able to set up their very own online giving page. They called and/or emailed family and friends to ask if they would contribute. Together, they raised $2,500!

This was an amazing experience in which the kids practiced communicating with others to contribute to something bigger than them! Attached is a picture of the Central Middle School's LLS page showing we meet 100% of our goal!
