Texas State Goal for Services of Gifted Students

Students who participate in services designed for gifted students will demonstrate skills in self-directed learning, thinking, research, and communication as evidenced by the development of innovative products and performances that reflect individuality and creativity and are advanced in relation to students of similar age, experience, or environment.

Gifted & Talented Identification: 1^st - 5^th Grade

Nomination Period: Sept. 18 – 29, 2017

Testing Window: Oct. 16 – Dec. 11, 2017

Services for New Students: Jan. 9, 2018

Anyone can nominate a 1^st through 5^th grade student by completing a nomination form. This form is available at the front office.

The form is due by Sept. 29^th, no later than 4:00 p.m.

Gifted & Talented Identification: Kindergarten

Nomination Period: Nov. 27-Dec. 8, 2017

Testing Window: Jan. 9 – Feb. 16, 2018

Services for New Students: March 1, 2018

Anyone can nominate a Kindergarten student by completing a nomination form. This form is available at campus’ front office.

The form is due by Dec. 8^th, no later than 4:00 p.m.

Ventana de Pruebas: 9 de enero.– 16 de febrero de 2018

Servicios de Estudiantes Nuevos: 1 de marzo de 2018
