3-INGREDIENT BANANA BROWNIES
INGREDIENTS
4 1/2 medium overripe bananas (about 500 grams of bananas weighed without peel)
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup cocoa powder
Sprinkle of chocolate chips (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with silicone baking cups or spray really well with cooking spray. Alternatively, you can line an 8×8 square baking pan with parchment paper.
Puree the bananas in a food processor until smooth. Add the peanut butter and cocoa powder and process until well combined.
Evenly distribute the mixture among 12 cups in the muffin tin or pour it into a lined baking pan. Sprinkle the surface of the brownies with chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges and the top are slightly firm and the brownies are well risen. Allow the brownies to fully cool before removing from the pan. Serve warm or store for later.
